Policy:
Cancellations or Changes to Orders You may cancel or change your order at no charge before the order has been processed. If your order has been processed, you will be responsible for any charges incurred by The Manko Company as a result of cancelling or changing your order. All orders will be confirmed by a Manko Company representative. Our minimum order is $75.00. In some circumstances, a manufacturer may ship more or less than the quantity of product you order. This variance is called an “over/under run” and this has been a commonly accepted standard in the promotional products industry for many decades. This variance differs from each product line. Upon placing an order, a representative will inform you of this variance if it applies to your order. The Manko Company, Inc. will do everything possible to reduce this occurrence. That said, it does occur and you will be billed for the exact quantity that ships from the factory. All new accounts are required to prepay via check or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Net 30 day terms are available with approved credit. Finance charges not to exceed 1½% will accrue on past due balances. There is a $30.00 charge for each returned check. You may order a pre-production proof of the item you ordered. There is a charge for this and it varies from product to product and from manufacturer to manufacturer. All pricing is in U.S. Dollars. Production Time begins when all art work has been approved, payment terms have been established, other necessary order details have been confirmed and the order has been sent to the factory. Production time varies from product to product and from manufacturer to manufacturer. Production time is measured in “business days” and excludes holidays and weekends. PDF proofs are generally sent on all new orders. Some manufacturers charge a small fee and you will be notified upfront of this charge if it applies to your order. When you approve a proof, you are releasing The Manko Company from any responsibility for any errors including but not limited to spelling. There is a minimum of a $20.00 charge to change your artwork AFTER you approve a proof. Please specify your previous invoice number on your reorder. If applicable, sales tax will be collected on all orders shipped to Pennsylvania addresses. We charge for samples on a case by case basis because some factories charge for samples while some factories do not. A Manko Company representative will inform you of any charges for samples prior to sending them. All shipments are F.O.B. Factory. Unless shipping methods or instructions are specified, we reserve the right to ship by the most beneficial means of transportation. |
